What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cheque, credit card and direct deposit. Our online payment method will allow you to enter your credit card details. For more information on our payment details, please refer to our Purchasing and Payment page.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled before shipping from either ourselves or from our suppliers. A full refund will be provided if payment has already been made.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary from one postcode to another, and depend on the weight of your order as well as the service you require. An overnight service, for example, will cost more than a service taking 2-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally, though we will not be responsible for any taxes due on pick up. For an accurate quote on costs, please request a quote from one of our staff at sales@netsource.com.au.

What do I do to claim under warranty?

If you have an item that has failed while under warranty, please fill in our Return Authority request form. One of our staff will contact you within 24 hours of the form being submitted.
