Software is non-refundable once opened, or is faulty. Please check that you hardware meets or exceeds the minimum requirements before opening the software packaging.
Please check the specifications and compatibility of any hardware before purchasing, as we do not provide refunds or credits for incorrect choices.
Items that are considered for refunds:

Must be undamaged and in their original packaging. No credits will be available for any freight paid.

Will have been invoiced within 14 days and will be faulty in some way. For such an item, a credit will be offered and suitable replacement found.
No goods will be accepted for a refund or credit after 14 days from the date of invoice.
NetSource Technologies reserve the right to refuse any returns where:

The item returned is incomplete or has missing parts.

The item returned is not in its original packaging.

The item returned or its packaging shows signs of physical damage through misuse or neglect.
If you receive a product that appears to have been “Damaged in Transit” you should refuse to accept delivery of the product and instruct the courier to return to sender.
